Join Kristy Clark, owner of Align Massage Therapy in Waveland, MS, for a morning yoga session. Kristy is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher with over 15 years of practice and 500 hours of training through Shanti Yoga Training School of New Orleans, LA.
Participants should bring their own mat and be prepared to practice on the ground at the farm.
