Join Jackie Castro-Cooper, beloved speaker, author, retreat leader, and holistic physical therapist as owner of Gulf Coast Myofascial Release Physical Therapy in Ocean Springs. Jackie is known for empowering and inspiring women to heal from within and become stronger. She has spoken at international conferences on wellness and will share her knowledge and experience at the flower festival. Jackie will lead a "forest bathing" walk immersing you in nature and creativity, followed by a 20-minute meditation and finishing with joyful movement. She will also have a tent for autographing her books and meeting festival goers.
