About: Take a 10-minute walk around the farm with set director and designer Michelle Schluter-Ford to select native wildflowers. Michelle will demonstrate floral design, creating tablescapes to be used for the Farm to Table dinner later that evening. She will be sharing her extensive knowledge and experience using fresh product in her design work while utilizing help from workshop participants.
