Join us for a flavor-packed farm-to-table dinner with Chef Ernie Foundas of Suis Generis Restaurant and The SG Tiki Farm and Food Lab. Enjoy a five-course chef-curated tasting menu featuring exotic farm-fresh ingredients and probiotic-rich fermented specialties. It will certainly be a night to remember. Food allergies can be accommodated.
For those who wish to enjoy wine, the fresh food will be paired with wines selected by sommelier Alan Lagarde of Lagarde Fine Wine and Spirits in Bay St Louis. For those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, mocktails will be available.
Pink Teddy Bear, known for their bio-acoustic approach to music, will be performing.
