An accomplished New Orleans chef, Ernie started a farm in Pearlington where he offers tours and curated tasting dinners. Ernie is the owner of Suis Generis restaurant in the Bywater in New Orleans and will be the featured chef for the farm-to-table dinner at the Flower Festival. He cooks with food grown on his farm, providing delicious and sustainable meals with a zero-waste mindset.
