About the event
Merryl from Dale's Dough is coming to La Terre to teach us how to make the most magnificent sourdough!
Join us for a sourdough class in which you will leave with starter, recipe, pan, and dough for you to bake a fresh loaf of bread at home! Merryl will offer instructions on how to bake and she'll have some in the oven for everyone to sample while at La Terre.
While the bread is baking, Lori will share several "Clean-Crafted" wines selected by Scout & Cellar while enjoying light refreshments.
Merryl currently lives in Ocean Springs where she does a cottage based business with her son Dale, who the business is named after. They have been baking and teaching sourdough for over 5 years . Look for them on Facebook @Dale’s Dough!
